Reports To: Manager of NetSuite Administration

 

Job Overview:

This position will support and optimize the day-to-day operations of ACP as they relate to NetSuite and other internal systems.  They will provide general end-user support, respond to requests for saved searches, reports and other NetSuite needs, and work on projects as assigned by the Manager of NetSuite Administration.  They will also develop and maintain documentation for processes related to NetSuite.

 

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Create reports and saved searches in NetSuite for all employees as requested.
  • Create reports in Power BI using information from multiple data sources.
  • Create .csv data import templates to add and modify records and transactions. Run mass updates and create workflows to modify existing data as necessary.
  • Create customizations and modifications in NetSuite as directed by the Manager of NetSuite Administration.
  • Write SQL scripts and NetSuite workflows as needed.
  • In conjunction with the Manager of NetSuite Administration, work to integrate third-party systems/applications with NetSuite.
  • In conjunction with the Manager of NetSuite Administration and other NetSuite team members, work with individual departments, the Operations team and executive sponsors to optimize NetSuite to meet the needs of ACP.
  • Document processes as they relate to using NetSuite, including other systems/applications integrated with NetSuite.
  • Support other software that integrates with NetSuite (i.e. ConnectWise Sell, Channel Online, etc.)

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with any of the following software packages:
    • NetSuite
    • Software programs that NetSuite interacts with
  • HTML knowledge
  • SQL knowledge
